Through the Natural Process, the ripe cherries are sun-dried whole, allowing the beans to infuse with the fruit’s natural sugars and subtle floral oils. The result is an elegant, tea-like cup — Earl Grey florals leading into juicy plum richness, balanced by a golden honey sweetness that lingers softly with each sip.
