Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, unopened if it is a food product, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Coffee Products Return Policy
Coffee products can only be returned if they are in the same condition as received, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of coffee products as perishable food items, coffee beans cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened or used.
Returns or exchanges may be accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including opened or used items, perishable products after opening, custom-made or personalized products, and gift cards.
Sale items or promotional items cannot be returned, unless the item is defective or there was an error from our side.
Exchanges
You can request an exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
The exchange service fee, including pickup and delivery, is 2 KD.
If the exchange is due to a defective item or an error in the order from our side, the customer will not be charged the exchange fee.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders can only be cancelled before the order has been shipped.
If the pre-order is cancelled before shipping, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once the pre-order has been shipped, the standard return policy will apply. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and the receipt or proof of purchase.
For electronic products or machines such as xBloom Studio, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging to be eligible for return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
