Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through OROMO ROASTERY.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the delivery terms stated below.


Delivery Coverage

OROMO ROASTERY currently provides delivery within Kuwait.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s area. If your area is not covered, we may contact you to arrange an alternative option or cancel and refund the order if delivery cannot be completed.


Delivery Time

Orders are usually prepared and delivered as soon as possible after confirmation.

Delivery time may vary depending on the order volume, delivery area, traffic conditions, weather, public holidays, or any circumstances beyond our control.

We will do our best to deliver your order within the expected timeframe; however, delivery delays may occur.


Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be shown at checkout before completing the order.

The standard delivery fee is 1.500 KD, unless a different fee applies to specific areas.

Some areas may have higher delivery fees depending on distance and delivery availability.

Note: OROMO ROASTERY reserves the right to update delivery fees based on distance, courier availability, or operational requirements.

Customer Information

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details, including name, phone number, address, area, block, street, house/building number, and any additional instructions needed for delivery.

OROMO ROASTERY will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

If the delivery team cannot reach the customer, the order may be delayed, returned, or cancelled.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery or does not respond to calls/messages, we may attempt to contact the customer to reschedule the delivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

For exchange deliveries, the pickup and return delivery fee is 2 KD, unless the exchange is due to a mistake from our side or a defective item.


Coffee and Food Products

Coffee products are prepared and packed carefully to maintain quality and freshness.

Once delivered, customers are responsible for storing coffee products properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.

Due to the nature of coffee as a food product, opened or used coffee items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Kindly include your order number, photos if applicable, and a brief explanation of the issue so we can review and resolve it.


Pre-Order Delivery

For pre-order items, delivery will start once the product becomes available and ready for dispatch.

Estimated delivery dates for pre-order items are approximate and may change due to supplier, shipping, customs, or logistics delays.

Customers will be updated once the pre-order item is ready for delivery.

If a pre-order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed to the original payment method according to our refund policy.

Once a pre-order item has been shipped, the standard return, exchange, and refund policy will apply.


Delivery Delays

OROMO ROASTERY is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, customs delays, supplier delays, public holidays, or courier issues.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed in case of major delays.
