Using the Natural Process, fully ripe cherries are sun-dried whole with their fruit intact, allowing the beans to slowly absorb the sugars and fruit essence during drying. This traditional method brings out the bean’s innate richness and depth of flavor.
The result is a cup layered with notes of raisin and cacao, gently rounded by a caramelized sweetness that lingers on the palate. Smooth, full-bodied, and comforting — it’s a coffee that feels as warm as a sunrise in Brazil.
